Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 15, 2026

East Sacramento Concierge (“East Sacramento Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS and MMS mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By enrolling in or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you agree to these SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

The Program may be used to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related notifications, account information, office announcements, and other messages related to East Sacramento Concierge. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Participation in the Program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from or on behalf of East Sacramento Concierge at the number you provided.

Your consent applies even if your mobile number appears on a state or federal Do Not Call list, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with East Sacramento Concierge, scheduled appointments, and the services you request.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you or received from you. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. East Sacramento Concierge is not responsible for these charges.

5. Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request to stop receiving text messages.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final, non-promotional message confirming that your request has been processed. No further Program messages will be sent unless you provide consent again. The FCC permits consumers to revoke consent through any reasonable method that clearly expresses a desire to stop receiving calls or text messages.fcc

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, protect, and disclose information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information, including your telephone number, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Program, but only as necessary to provide messaging services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

8. Healthcare and Emergencies

Text messaging is not intended for medical emergencies, urgent medical needs, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the Program to communicate time-sensitive or emergency medical information.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed, and East Sacramento Concierge may not review or respond to messages immediately.

9. Message Delivery

Wireless carriers and messaging providers do not guarantee message delivery and are not responsible for delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your device, wireless coverage, carrier availability, internet access, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Mobile Number Changes

You agree to notify East Sacramento Concierge promptly if you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish the mobile number enrolled in the Program. You are responsible for opting out before discontinuing use of that number.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program. By enrolling, you represent that you satisfy this requirement and have authority to accept these terms.

12. Program Changes or Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.

Your continued participation after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a change, you should opt out of the Program.
